hmmm im left with phy,ss and chinese oral,

went to the hospital, alright i got a sprain wrist,

firstly, i would like to THANK my aunt( yeye) and baby amadea for everything.
it been a meaningful 3 weeks for me.
it enjoyable and i feels good to be with you guys.
3weeks just pass just like that.
thanks or extending a week more to spent with us.
it been real meaningful to me.
well, today the last day @ singapore for you guys.
i tresure every single day especially today.
unfortunately baby amadea wasnt feeling very well due to the growing of her teeth.
she cried so totally different. neer heard hercried so loudly n long for the pass 3 weeks.
it hurts to see her cry. i broke down.
Mayb she not feeling well. we're not too sure abt it.
but maybe she know that she leaving, she going home.( germany)

Morning woke up. 11+. Super tired! i dont know why. haha. yup so stared into th space and did nothing for a moment. Mummy said we're going out for lunch. so got ready and set off. Went North Point walk walk. at the same time went to Swensen for lunch. Yummy!. after which we had ic-cream there. Banana Split for everyone. yummy. Superb lunch today. Thanks mummy!

After lunch, we went to walk around NP. wanted to buy English book butt it's out of stock.

sad-ed. :( well have to wait. anyway, went to see hp, unfortunately there no any model which caught my attention. so shall wait till i;m back and have a look! well hopefully i'll get it b4 2009 or Chinese new year! yuppie :D so for now i'm using my HP. it still useable after 2years+ alright (: After shopping, came home around 4+? yeah around there. Got home and rot! ahha.. nah actually got the clothes all ready. Did packing with mummy. And i super ready for the trip. My bag is all pack. Muahhaha!. FLY FLY FLY. That should be all for today.

I'm Posting today again. ;D
Yesterday, played Monopoly with my neighbour.
And i won! yahhoooo~ hehehe..
well she lost and owned me 50k. she Broke! bleah bleah.
Well it was fun. Played till almost 12am and we packed up.
Chat for a while and went home. Fun game.
I'm so addicted to Monopoly now ;D
Alright that all for yesterday.

Today, woke up. watch tv and yeah.
Did some house work too.
Mop and sweep the house. clean and nice noe ;D

HELLO!
Went to Bugis today with my neighbours. Really had fun there. Enjoyed myself.
We left aound 10+ and came home around 8+. almost a full day out shopping and walkin. ahaha. ;D intresting. Came home had dinner with them. Talk to this anuty? with her 2sons. she super funny. Think she just moved in not long. Friendly n Funny. ahha..
Anway Pictures will be out went i recieve the pics. Regarding the OBS pics. i will give it a try tmr as it quite late already. Hopefully all the photos will be out by tomorrow (:
Will not elborate on what happen today. Just enjoyed myself. ahha.. laughing all the way!

Day 1.

Reach OBS check point and we were all split into groups. There were 16 people in my group.. Group name CHENG HO!. Yeah there were 9 deyian in the same group as me including myself. :D . Michelle ; Xiao Shi ; Zhi Ming ; Ryan and Ian. (: The rest of the members consist of Students from Woodlands Ring and Jorong. And not forgetting our instructor Elgene. Had this bonding games anf got to know each and everyone’s name n cca and stuff. Was fun. After which we took a group photo. After which went to take our bags and boarded the ferry to Pula Ubin. Where the rewl OBS camp starts! :D Went to our Cheng Ho room store. Put our stuff and surrender out valuables to Elgene. Than comes the activities we had. Went to get out lunches. It was given in one box for the whole of our 5 days in OBS. Repack it on the nutritional value. Though it was messy but we made it as a group! :D 3-cheers. After which we did high element. Manage to belay our own team mates with the help of our instructors. Followed by this trust fall. Falling into our teams mates hand using a cloth. It was scary but yup IT ALL ABOUT TRUST! We sign the commitment book of CHENG HO to commit ourselves to pledge to be committed in whatever we do during the next 5days. Learnt how to pitch up the tend. Was really fun n interesting as it was new to me. As night gets darker we started cooking out food outdoors. Really had fun. First time cooking out. Thanks Elgene for teaching and guiding us through. After dinner , cleared up the place and headed for a shower. Had a little briefing on the things going on tmr and started to pack our stuff into a bag-pack for our 3days2night expedition. Soon after we headed back to our tend areas. Manage to get some sleep as not so used to the environment yet. Ahha.. my tend buddy were xiao shi and michelle. ((:

Day 2.

A brand new day. Xiao Shi and I were the day I/C for today. Woke up @ around 5+? Atmosphere was cold! Brrr~ ahah got ready unpitch out tend and wash up. Assemble to meet Elgene and we did PT with another group Columbous. :D after which we had our breadfast and prepared the equipments for the rock climbing. Had so much fun. Belayed out own friends tiring under the hot sun but everyone was happy and engaged. (: Rock Climb for almost 2hours+. After which return all the stuff . Last min. of checking our stuff we got all ready and set off for our expedition. We as a team CHENG HO trek from camp 2 to camp 1. Though the journey was 1.6km it was tiring. But through the encouragement from our team mates we all made it through.. was fun! Everyone were carrying their oewn heavy bagpacks. Ahah.. reach-ed everyone look shag! . but most importantly we made it through ! :D
Settled down and went to pitch our tend in the forest. Real forest filled with tress everywhere. And it gets real dark went nights come. Anyway after pitching of tend we went kayaking.. but this was the training..went to collect out kayak. Everyone played a part carrying the heavy kayak to the sea. Than we did capsizing but not for long as the weather was not with us. It turns out bad. Started to rain yeah. But it was alright was fun and yeah interesting. Ahah .. Laughter all over so all rush and helped to move the kayak back to land. Time were given for us to wash up. Did not really bath but yeah using the basin cause there were only 3 toilets.. so no time too.. ahha. After which report back and yeah Elgene took us around camp 1. Showed us the place and everywhere. Than came to dinner. For the first time we had cook food done y the cook @ the cook house. Proper dinner and we also had our supper there too.. after washing up the utensils cleaning it dry. Reported back to Elgene. Had some debrief and headed to the camp site. Was really very very dark. I could say pitch dark! Ahah,, total darkness only rays coming out from the torches that we are holding to and light sticks hang along the way to guild us. Finally after the climbing up of slopes we reach our tent areas. Pack our stuff and everyone went back to their own tends. Slept in the jungles was really scary. Ahha.. was kinda squash by xiao shi. Hahas.. anyway I could say I had a good night sleep. Everyone too I guess cause was really a tiring day.

Day3.

Another day gone and yuppie do. Had to unpitch our tend again. Woke up @ 5. morning breez. Headed down to One For All, All For One area with our bag packs and belonging. Had our breakfast there again at the cook house. Had morning PT together with the other groups. After which we headed to the cook house for breadfast. Been hoon and hot milo for that. And it was also the last meal that it going to be prepared for us in this OBS camp. So yeah everyone ate quite a lot especially the guys. :D Same wash up the plates and everything and set off for our expedition. The trekking beings here. With heavy bag packs on our shoulder and some of us with our sleeping tends. Starting was good. But as time comes everyone was tired. We were given a map and had to walk to the destination given by Elgene. Each destination we arrived she will give us a number. The last destination she would gives us 2 numbers. This numbers are the map gird references to find out where were our camp site for the day. During this trekking, many things happen don’t wish to elaborate. All I could say that I was dying. My shoulder started to swell during half way. Maybe have over carried items. Yeah those whom know should know wad happen. Did not say a single thing. Endure the pian I had on my shoulder. During the trip it started to rain. Quite troublesome though took out our pongcho and wore them. BLAH BLAH BLAH. Though it was tiring and exhausting we still had fun. Talk to Elgene and so on. Ahha.. Can say that we trek almost half of Pula Ubin. Walk through the jungles and little areas. Finally we all made it through. Reached our destination! We were all very elated. Even though we were the last group to arrive , we didn’t mind . cause the most important thing was to reach there safely and to reach the camp site. :D super happy @ that moment of time. Settle down pitch up our tends. Making use of the sun set lights to help us before it goes dark. After pitching out tends we found a spot to cook our dinner.YUMMY as we were all hungry after the long walk. I think the whole journey took us around 5hours+. After dinner wash up the areas and the things we used. Than we had a little meeting with Columbous. The meeting was about the sea expedition. Everyone were excited about it. Meeting and meeting. After meeting, had a little massage from elgene due to my swollen shoulders. Hurts so badly and was afraid my arms could not move the next day. THANK elgene :D though it was painful went u rub it L ehhe.. In the night we had century deities too as the beach that we were sleeping were meant for the public to used too.. 2 groups together took turns to do the duty with different time slots. Slept for awhile and woke up and did dutites together with michelle and 3 other girls. After our duty we went back to sleep but soon after it started to rain heavily. Cats and dog. Our flysheet started flying around. Rain started coming in. Everyone could not sleep. Tents were flooded with rain waters. Boys from both team came to help everyone. They are kind! ;D thanks guys. Well raining and we could not sleep as the tent inside was wet. So didn’t really have a proper sleep. Night passed really slowly.

Day4.

Soon a brand new day came. Woke up. Stepped out of the tent and felt really very cold. Reason maybe due to the thunderstorm the night before. So we started unpitching out tents. After unpitching , got ready. Packed all our stuff needed for kayaking and stuff those items not required for the kayaking into our bag pack. Loaded all the bags into the safety boats. After which cleared the whole area and all of us took turns to do the capsize drills. Was fun. Went to do Capsize with xiaoshi michelle and lingling. Ahha.. super funny larh. They are hilarious. Anyway after each n everyone done their drills,. The expedition for the sea started. Starting was okay. Fun and interesting. Partner was xiaoshi. So yeah we kayak and kayak. During the trip we had little breaks for lunch and also toilet breaks where we get off the kayak and did our business. Ahha.. Drank 6.5 littles of water. Including xiaoshi’s. anway yeah half way through everyone got tired. Some of them have sea-sick. Quite messy had to change partner cause some could not move. Exhausted. Nearing the end me xiaoshi darylene and lingling swap seat cause they were exhausted. So I drop off the kayak and partner Darylene. Encourage one another. Was a long journey though but at the same time I do enjoy myself. LOVE IT! After a long day in the sea for 9HOURS n 20MINs, we all made it to camp 2! Yaaahhoooo~ everyone were super happy. Faces were full with joyness.. wash the kayak and had shower. After which we had dinner together with Columbus. Dinner cleared up and were given sometime to pack our stuffs. After packing , tidied the area and went to find Elgene. Went to our camp area to pitch our tends. Blah blah blah . after pitching everyone got in and sweet drems. Talked with michelle and xiaoshi and soon everyone fall asleep. Could say I had a good sleep. :D

Day 5.

Well last day in OBS. Woke up. Went to wash up . And it was time for the packing of our stores. Returning of all the items that we took out. We took a total of 5 hours which was more than unexpected. Therefore we could not do our last activity in OBS. Kinda sad actually but no choice. But , we did not lost any equipments! Meaning we do not have to pay any lose or damage goods. ;D anyway the last day was pretty short. Went to and quite area to do our morning circle. Reflected on the things we had done for the passed 5 days in OBS. Went back where everyone gather. Exchanged contacts with everyone in my group too. Soon we had to leave said goodbye t one another including Instructor Elgene. Good Bye OBS. Good Bye Pula Ubin.

Took the ferry back to Singapore. Went to purchase the shirts. Waited for bus and went back to school everyone were dead died i could say. ;x

So this was what happen during my trip to Outward Bound Singapore. 5days4nights trip.

it had really taugh me lots of stuff. Especially leaderhsip skills. M happy that have survied the camp and i super duper enjoy it. If i would have another chance to go i would definately go again. There awlays new things to learn. N most importantly to find out more about our inner self. Personally have learn more about myself n leadership skill. Last but not least i would like to thank instrcutor Elgene for Guiding me and the group through.Really have learnt lots of stuff from you. You're friendly , caring and funny. ( many many more ) ;D THANK YOU!

Hopefully we could meet up soon.

Finally, no regretts to be in the group CHENG HO!

HELLO! Today super long day in school. From around 7 till 5+ going to 6. Well had lots of activities plan. Starting was not so smooth cause mayb all haven warm up yet.. yup. the new sec1s join us too. Super fun! haha.. after lucnh the 'sprit' in everyone seems good. aaha. before that was already laughin tgt with wannie. she supper funny. hahas can say have been laughing with here almost the whole day? ahah. "ROCK NEVER DIE"/_\ haha. does this look like the sign we do to each other today? ahah.. hopefully heh.. rock! anyway we had pizza hut for lucnh. the excos. order 4 box and while eating. winarti though of a game. PizzaHut. so we used the pizza hut box put the clues insdie and burry them at the foyer. ahha. preety fun. Took wannei and jocelyn's group. Kinda like 'tourture' them. ahha.. karen was funny. Tourture till siao. BUt my group rock. they were the last to find and 1st to finish cool or not? hahas.. than had this 'lecture' not really la.. tell them more abt SC. played the caremal lotion with winarti. ahaah. so look super funny with the lostion on her face.! buhaha. ;X im sorry. but yeah. fazlindah kanna me also kanna. yup Payed more games @ the foyer too. HELLO. well thing week have been really busy..
Yesterday went back to school ard 7.45 for badminton. can say had fun there. training till 12+ than i went for SL. or i should say SC? ahhas.. sound weird. anyway than after than had this activiy someow like amazing race. ran to almost the whole school.. ya kinda tired. cause there badminton trainin before that. ya. played water ga,me super disgusting. ahah. Winarti kanna the most! it was all plan cause of her wonderful idea she gave us! ahhas. whole event ended around 3+ going to 4? After which went to the libiary with winarti n fazlindah. than we went to walk around amk hub. than headed home. ahah.. super tired.. did not manage to get a good sleep. each day so tired n the next day got to wake up early to another tiring day. yeah full of events!. yesterday came back sent my sis off and sleep! ahahs.. from 6.15 to 8.30 than eat my dinner watch tv. but at the end isnot i watch tv. is the tv watch me so yea sleep from 9.30 to 12. woke yup than went to my room to continue. till today 12+? ahhas.. so tired.. finally my batt is fully charged! hahas. ready to go agn. will stop here.

HELLO!. alright tiring dy today.. spent almost the whole day in school. Met up with haifzah and winarti @ amk hub went to mac slack and met Faz at MRT. headed to sch and the whole pre camp briefing game started. Fun part wad the water activity. Kinda disgusting though. we had butter;chillie;flour;sugar;salt pepper and many other more stuff. mis and add everything all tgt in a pail. ahhas.. gdisgusting la kanna from winarti.. Thanks to her.. ewekss! hahas.. yea bath in sch than blah blah blah.. Everthing ended went mac with fazlindah;hafizah;winarti and aiwei.talk crap joke there. yea sayed there quit long (: after that went back to sch blah blah blah.. till abt 5+ going 6. Went AMK hub to get the items needed for tmr camp @ sentosa. Was fun there. ahahs.. 4th NOV 2008. A date i will always remeber! Went for National Young Leaders' Day 2008' with the SLCs. Mr. Nick Vujicic was one of the inspiring speaker there. He is a International Motivation Speaker. 1 word that i can sum up his whole speech he gave was INSPIRING. I could say that almost everyone cried. seriously, even me i admit! To the girl: all the best and take care. Mr. Nick Vujicic was born with no arm n limbs. i totally admire him. He gave a motivation speech about overcoming circumstances in one's life. i really admire him, he been through all the huddle.

Really hope u guys enjoy it. Really, i did not regred going for this course though the duration wad long it was worth while. I admire him. Wish him all the best. okays. so after the whole event ended me the bunch of Sls went to line up called the 'hug line'. We went to hug him. He friendly i could say. Hey peeps out there.! Alright, Yesterday was officially the last day of school. School was dismissed at 12.15. Took back our report book and yea results directly staring at you.

Hmmm all i can say was work harder for the next round. Seriously, i dont think i had done my best. Not giving my 100% Mugging at the 11th hour before the start of exam which is so not the right thing to do. Definitely a NO-NO situation in this circumstances. But what have been done it done. No turning back but the only thing that I myself can do is to kick off this habit. Agre-ed with what my teacher said to me during PTM. ConsistencE. ' If i could get such results within the mugging during the last minutes before the exam period, if there effort put in along the way and consistence working n studying i would be able to score muhc better' ( i'm not trying to say anything here) What she had said has really drilled into my head. 101% true. You n me might thing that 'N' lvl is 1 more year away from now. But , minus-ing away all the holiday Public holidays blah blah blah we had only 7mth+. YES! 7MTH! I had the same mindset once before, but time really flies. 1 year it's over. The life of being a sec.3 student in my life has just ended! TIME PASSED!.

Its been a really though year. Just another blink on eye it 'N' n than 'O'. cant believe.

Going to work harder next year. Sec4. much more stuff to learn. 7 months to study new topics, do the revision of sec3 works and revision . that all and BOOM 'N' lvl. Alright stopping here about all this. Going to have a good break n start revision during the holidays.

can say happy but at the lower end of the happiness.

HELLO! real busy this week. Test after test after test. Had English oral on Tue. Hope I'll do well.
hmmm exams in like less than 1 week! arh! I'm really scared. =/ this going to be a short post.
Things that i MUST do within this weekend.

-Read up on English short stories to improve on writing skills.
-Revise for POA

HELLO! Well I'am Back to SINGAPORE~! weeehee. this learning/service trip to vietnam was a good experience for me! though me so much more and teaches me not to take things for granted! the kids at the orphanage are just super duper duper^100 cute! ^.@ Pictures will upload it went i do have the time. Landed in Singapore yesterday around 5.30+? hahas. journey back was fun. mixing things. muahahahh!. Went shopping before coming back! ahhas. Had really really enjoy my trip there!. hope to go there soon again! Super tired today in school. Maybe got little jetlap ba though it like only and houre slower there. Haha. slept during chinese lesso teacher never come. 1/2hr to sleep! ahhas. HELLO. Well this holiday can say quite pack. Have lot of things to be done but yet unaccomplished. sad though. going to mugmugmug when i come back le. hmmm have been going back to sch for SL and vietnam trip. Will be flying off tmr. Can't wait exctited though.
Yesterday went back to sch for some SL thingy with Mrs chua. forgotten wad it call le. Before that hand the " student leadership' handover ceremony. Congrats to all the newly exco for the sec3. :) the ""meetin"" was kinda fun. Was on "plane" i-space. Took our 'bording pass' and went into the plane. ahahs. fun and quite intresting i can say. Whole event ended around 5+ going 6. hmmm not really much to post lerhx. See You guys soon. Weeeehh how exctiting can it be! This 1 wwek holiday really past very fast. HELLO! yesterday was quite and intresting day for me. I will always remeber 290808. Mrs.S.R.Nathan came. though i could not see her live cuase was doing the greeting to her lve from the hall it was alright! so horned to have her to our school. From the live telecast she friendly keep waving! weee. yup than Teacher's Day celebraion started off @ the quadrangle with performance by the Band,Ncc,Mcc and Teacher's dance. Teacher's dance was nice. hahah. faster everything ended it proceed to the hall for the 2nd segment. Quite nice lah but the thing is during rehersal see till quite bored. ahhas. but overall was a wonderful performance.=) Went o give teacher cards. Was sad though Mrs Ra'uf was unable to come today. HAPPY TEACHER DAY Mrs Rauf. After everything ended stayed back in school for a while. Went to Mac with Hafizah and Fazlindah. though was only 3 of us, we sti have much fun! ahhas. crapping all the way(can say) walked around 4+ and went home. met jocelyn with her 2 other friends @ AMK. Funny! Anyway way after tat headed back HOME!. slept in the bus so tired. Reached home met my neighbour and started talking and crapping. so FUN! decided to go for dinner together and they wanted to play BasketBall? ahhas. called neighbours to play. neigbour's frens came to. played match! funfunfun! have not been playing for more than 8mths le. but i can score goals. ( tyco! ) ahha. after which we went for supper together . had much fun. Enjoyable. Took shortcuts. So dark all of us were scared started running kanna push almost fell. Thanks for saving me :) hahas. Crapped and joke all the way back. Thinking of funny/lame jokes. Kanna whacked? haha cuase of my lame joke i said to them. hehehehe. HOME SWEET HOME ! yea think that almost all for yesterday.

Going to study with my neigboure later. Maybe playing Basketball again! weee how fun can it be!. Holidays are here. Going to chiong for my studies for EOY! cannot affort to fail any subject. At least going to get min. band 3 for all sub! that my goal! will work hard and strive hard! Till Than! see you guys!

Friday finally here. yea :p Went to the canteen to eat hafizah's food. quite nice larh but she put 2cube of the chicken essence into the soup and SUPER SALTISH. hahas after which we crap and headed to mac to study and yea have the cake. yummy! So fun. heheh started to rain abt 5+ yea clouds starts to turn dark.=) took bus and home sweet home.

HELLO! lesson were normal today. School was dismissed @ 12.45 as there be people coming for the NEA thingy. Had to do ushering. Had lunch with the same group of people than went or ushering. Stand for ard 45min? yea hahas after which all the sls proceed to the hall to watch the concert.! the thing tat all of us are waiting was the result! and we got a silver! yea. Congratz. hmmm whole event ended ard 5+? ard there and had refreshment for us too! weeeh. Took and sit and crap with fazlindah aiwei hafizah martha and winarti and not forgetting myself. ahahs had fun. Winarti started everything. She decided to eat the bread and give half to hafizah. well i'm the second victim. she kept stuffing me with the bread. And put the bread to my drinks! hahas. than they started to add more n more ingredients inside the cup! super yuck! ( will post the pic asap) They went to dapoa the chicken. ahha wad delicious yummy^^. had super much fun just now really was laughing all the way!=) alright shall end here.

HELLOS! finally leadership handover is over. had a fun but enjoyable day. hmmm, reached sch ard 6.45 to settle some badminton stuff. than followed by alot of thing. ran here n there to look for ppl. weeehhaaa. after tat watched the master parade stand along the corridor. after which all head to the hall for the indoor ceremony. To be honest was scared cause first to go up. hehes. was shaking. But over! ahhas. sang the national day song , had refreshment and photo taking. Went for SL farewell party. Was fun. had pizza and muffins. delicious. =p played amazing race in our sch. fun but tired la. ahhas.. almost the whole sch. hmmmm,. after tat played water bomb. was bombing jolene all the way. HELLO!! wow had been a great day today after school. Had badminton n had to report at the gym. hehes. did some work out? than went to netball court. can say fun but tiring. HAHA! but i'm not dead yet. well well the fun thing started in the hall. kept laughing non-stop. i dunnno why. junling michelle and myself. well dunno why keep laughing. but michelle was super bad. shall not say here. hehe. dunno why i ask michelle wad type of soap did her mother use. [ e.g. wayway- mr muscle.] and she said mr muscel. than we though of mrs muscel. and i ask them a question.
wad will you get if u add mr muscle and mrs muscle together? AND their answer was BABY MUSCLE! hehe!! well i dunno wad so funny but we just laugh liked there no tomorrow! Mr Wong was super funny. i dunno why each time i see i will laugh. he's not funny but maybe it the action he does which made us laugh! hahas. was laughing till my jaws and cheek bone was kinda pain. ahhas. had fun playing as we were laughing! the last and final thing which was super duper hilarious was that while we were going out of the hall, michelle knock/bang against the sign board which say :' EXAMINATION IN PROGRESs' well me ans junling could not help it but to just laugh our head off! woot! really had a fun day today. after all the laughing which made my stomach full of air. ahahs! well shall post agian. see ya ! :D

HELLO! since a long long time since i last update/post. been busy with school homework and swimming test. Well went to YCK for my swimming test. though that it would be my last time going YCK for the exam but i was wrong. we had to come back for the last part of the exam which is the initiative test. well well. made almost 4trip there already. why can't he just do 1 shot. ? hmmmm well. just forget abt it and move on. hope that i can make through for the last test. =) reach home abt 10 going 11. went to buy supper with neigbours and ate at the umbrella. ahhas. so windy. ate and finished around 11+. went home rest and bath. was super tired. slept till the next morning. and guess wad time i woke up? hahas. woke up at 1.45! hehe.. late rite. well did not know i slept till so late! ahhas. well well. can't be help. super duper tired! ehhe!

HELLO! wow. been super duper long since i last updated. ahahs. rather busy the whole week. practicing on CPR and my BM. Had been going to YCK pool after scch since monday. was rather tired for me i should say. Lessons end ard 7+ going 8. can u imagine that. Really and tough and tiring week for me. Well yesterday was the test for my BM and CPR. Unfortunately the Examiner came late. instead of coming at 6.00-6.30 he came at 8.10. And i reached YCK and ard 4+, as u can tell, waited 4hours+ with my neighbour . as our heart was pumping. ahhas. was sper nervos. CPR was 1to1 . BRRRR~ u can feel the tension. When my turn, my heart beat even faster. sweat rolling down my head. Did wad he asked me to do. Was suriprise when he said tat i was good and was clam. managde to pass the practical . Next thur will be the CPR theory. Hopefully i will pass. Friday will be the BM. well it suppose to be tgt.[ CPR + BM]
hmmm hope i can meet the target of 3.15. comprising of swimming 50m and 50m back towing someone. cannot affort to fail! really have to train hard this week end. ok i think tat all. hopping for the best!. will update again when i free:D
